Rent your flat or apartment through us for a small fixed fee.

Established in 2003 to service the needs of the
increasing number of self-managing landlords who
have properties in Cardiff and Penarth. We operate
a NO LET NO FEE policy and charge a flat rate fee
of £!95.00 for any property. NO VAT. There are no
ongoing monthly charges

This fee will be collected from the prospective
tenants and deducted from the first months rent
after the references have been checked.

We can offer a management service on a limited number of
properties at £50.00 per month plus £100.00 for each
new agreement. NO VAT is payable
No charges will be made for a tenancy renewal with
the same tenants.

• Free check in service for managed properties
  including inventory and tenancy agreement
• £10.00 check in charge for non managed properties
